Rob joined Reach in June 2018 as CEO and President, bringing with him 30 years of experience from the operator and oilfield service sectors.

While at BP he held a number of senior leadership positions including Technology VP, Global Director and Chief of Staff. He successfully implemented an artificial lift and well performance R&D program globally as well as managed the merger and acquisition integration for BP, Amoco and ARCO technology. He was a member of BP’s global leadership teams for major upstream projects and subsea, and an inaugural steering committee member for the Research Partnership for Securing Energy for America (RPSEA).

As Global Director at TechnipFMC Rob successfully developed their subsea processing business. He led the introduction of cutting-edge subsea technology and aerospace style systems engineering globally to the company.

Rob holds a BSc (Hons) in Chemical Engineering from Loughborough University and an MBA from London Business School. He is a professional engineer and a member of the Institute of Chemical Engineers, Society of Petroleum Engineers and the International Council of Systems Engineering, including being an inaugural Oil & Gas steering committee member.

Jeremy joined Reach in July 2010 and has been leading the development and commercialization of the compression technology since that time. He has successfully overseen the building of multiple generations of compressor prototypes and is responsible for research & development, engineering, manufacturing and supply chain efforts for the Company.

Previously, Jeremy was the Director of Mechanical Engineering at Energy Innovations, where he successfully led the development of an industrial scale single-axis solar tracking product, Raytracker. Raytracker was acquired by First Solar in 2011.

Jeremy holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the MIT School of Engineering and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering (with Honors) from the California Institute of Technology.

David joined Reach in June 2019 as Chief Financial Officer responsible for the company’s finance, accounting and operations activities.

David has over 10 years of experience in oilfield services working in investment banking, private equity and private equity-backed businesses. Prior to Reach, David was one of the first employees at Rubicon Oilfield International where he led the corporate finance and strategy functions, playing an instrumental role in helping the business grow to over 700 employees worldwide.

Prior to Rubicon, David worked in private equity with CSL Capital Management and in investment banking with Simmons Energy. David graduated with honors from Texas A&M University with a BBA in Accounting and an MS in Finance.

Andrei has been Chief Engineer at Reach since October 2018, with his over 20 years of experience in cross-functional engineering roles across the oil and gas sector making him ideal for the position. Andrei's most recent role was Chief Engineer, Subsea Processing at TechnipFMC, with a particular focus on multiphase pumps and boosting technologies.

In previous positions, Andrei's responsibilities have included product and technology development, conceptual and detailed designs, product qualifications, and the leadership and technical management of projects.

Andrei has a BS in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University in Russia.

Prior to joining Reach, Phil worked for Mechanology Incorporated, a company developing new air compressor and steam expander technologies, where he was Research & Development Engineer. Achievements include designing steam expanders to be used in the sustainable energy industries through to improving mathematical models to depict the expansion of steam along with the work he has done in developing technologies at Reach. Phil has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Lafayette College.

Mr. Egeli was, until May 2018, Vice President of Schlumberger Production Management – North America managing the non-operating E&P assets for Schlumberger in the US, Canada and Argentina. Prior to this, he held a number of senior positions within Schlumberger having begun his career with Schlumberger in 1990 as a field engineer. Between October 2009 and April 2013 Mr. Egeli held a number of positions within Archer including President Latin America, Corporate Marketing and Chief Operating Officer; before re-joining Schlumberger in 2013.
